Equipment Hire, Lessons and Lift Passes
We arrange all of this for you. We send you a simple electronic form to complete prior to departure that provides us with all the necessary information to reserve top class equipment, private or group lessons and the correct type of ski pass. Everything is designed to get you on the slopes as quickly and as early as possible. A full price list is sent with this form.

Equipment
We have negotiated a 10% discount for all our guests. More importantly you can hire the latest equipment in the comfort of knowing that it has been professionally fitted and can be changed at anytime during the rental period. The company we use are enormously efficient and even at peak times the fitting is very swift.

Lessons

We have 4 private instructors who work in conjunction with us at Big Bear Alpine. They will visit you at the chalet on arrival and work out the best tuition plan to get the most out of your holiday. They have more than 40 years experience between them and all speak english

Lessons continued
We also use Ski International if you require the more traditional approach of Group Ski lessons. They guarantee not to take more than 10 in a group and all the instructors speak english.

Lift Passes
The normal pass is for 6 days and is 'hands free' so there's no pulling those gloves off at each lift! Half day passes can be purchased for those guests arriving early and wanting to ski in the afternoon.

Walkie talkie Hire and Purchase
For the first time this season Big Bear Alpine is making available a series of radios and walkie talkies to all guests. All 3 products are of commercial standard and are far better than what is available in the general market.

The British Snow Board team use these radios but we can't guarantee that you will board as well as them if you use them!You will however be a lot safer on the mountain.
