The owner's have spent many years ski-ing in all parts of the world.
They have drawn on this experience and their extensive catering knowledge
to offer an exciting menu using fresh ingredients and produce to provide
a menu that will satisfy the heartiest appetite.
All dietary needs can be catered for with notice at time of booking.
A typical day starts with tea and a bacon roll in bed whilst reading
Tzigane’s personal weather and ski condition report revealing
‘what’s on in Chatel’.
If your feeling more sociable stroll downstairs to join fellow guests
for cooked or continental breakfast. On your return afternoon tea
will be laid out with fresh homemade cakes, scones, biscuits and
hot drinks to warm you up.
Once you are relaxed a four-course meal will be served with complimentary
wine.

Oven baked caramelised onion tartlet.
Rocket, drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.

Chicken in a cream and white wine sauce. New potatoes wrapped in
Parma ham and oven roasted served with seasonal vegetables.

Home made lemon tart with a raspberry coulis.
